The customizer calculates embroidery on the product page. Text is priced per line; logo embroidery is priced per garment; digitizing is a separate one-time charge only when we create the DST from PNG or JPG artwork.

When the total quantity in your cart reaches 12 or more, every embroidery charge—including logo embroidery and digitizing—is automatically reduced to $0.
FROM PRODUCT PAGE TO PRODUCTION

Your choices travel with the product into cart, checkout, and the final order. Our production team sees the placement, color, font, wording, artwork, and fee details exactly as submitted.
01 · Choose an eligible garment
Open a scrub top, lab coat, jacket, or other embroidery-enabled product. Select the garment color, size, and quantity first.
02 · Build your embroidery
Click Add Embroidery. Pick left or right chest, then configure text or choose the logo workflow. Review the live summary and price.
03 · Apply, accept, and add to cart
Apply the personalization, review the final-sale terms, check the acceptance box, and add the configured garment to your bag.
04 · Review, digitize, and stitch
We validate uploaded artwork, digitize PNG/JPG files when requested, and stitch the approved order. Personalization adds approximately 7–14 days to processing and shipping.

Embroidery is built from stitches—not printed pixels. Clean source artwork gives us a stronger, more legible result and reduces production questions.
Have a DST file?
Upload a valid Tajima .DST up to 10 MB. It must already be digitized for machine embroidery. Signed-in customers can also choose an eligible DST from a previous active or completed order. No digitizing charge applies.
Need us to create the DST?
Upload PNG or JPG up to 10 MB. Recommended: 300 DPI, transparent background, no more than 6 solid colors, lettering at least 1/4 in (6.35 mm) tall, and no gradients, hairline details, or tiny text. A one-time $12.99 digitizing fee applies.

Artwork review & secure upload
You must confirm that you own the artwork or have permission to reproduce it. Uploads are protected by validation, a security check, rate limiting, and randomized file names. We review artwork before production. On-screen previews are illustrative; exact scale and placement may vary slightly by garment style and size.
Your customization stays with the order
The final order records every embroidery placement, text or logo type, thread color, font, each line of text, artwork file, embroidery fee, digitizing fee, rights confirmation, accepted terms, and a non-returnable flag. That information is available to our production team in the order itself.

Embroidery questions, answered.
Can I review or change my choices?
Yes. After Apply, the product page shows a full summary and updated price. Use Edit or Remove before adding the item to your cart. The on-screen preview is a guide, not a stitch-proof guarantee.
Does the free threshold include exactly 12?
Yes. Exactly 12 items qualifies. At a total cart quantity of 12 or more, text embroidery, logo embroidery, and digitizing fees are all free automatically.
Can I reuse a logo from an earlier order?
If you are signed in and an eligible DST belongs to one of your active or completed orders, choose “I have a DST file,” then select it from your previous files. You do not need to upload it again.
Can embroidered items be returned?
No. Because embroidery is made specifically to your instructions, embroidered products are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Review spelling, placement, color, font, and artwork carefully before checkout.
